FAQs

  How can I sell my products?

Once you are registered as a user and approved as a vendor, you'll be ready to upload your publish your products.

As a vendor, your will be able to sell any of theses products:

  • Houses: Villas and Aparments, and Amenities
  • Hotel: Rooms and Amenities
  • Experiences: Tours and Activities (Escorted or Independent)
  • Events: Parties, Exhibitions, Meet Ups, Contests, Sport Plays
  • Vehicles: Cars, Quads, Motorcycles, Bikes, Boats, Rides with Driver
  • Flights: Air Plane Trips
  • Places: Restaurants, Bars, Shops, Markets, Banks, etc.
  • Services: Any Legal Professional Services That You Can Offer

For every product you can also add additional features and amenities that you wish to charge to customers.

When customers demand your products, SamanáIn will manage the bookings and process their payments.

  How do I manage my products, availability and bookings?

As a vendor, you will has access to the Vendor Dashboard where you will have the relevant information structured as:

  • Overview: product/services, total bookings, amount earned, amount pending and statistics over time
  • Booking History: per product, per client and per status
  • Management: a management section per product/service that allow you to publish or edit any product/service
  • Availability Calendar: a calendar per product/service to manage availability and also set up different price per specific dates
  • Enquiry Report: listing and facilitating management of all the customer enquiries you receive 
  • Wallet: your wallet with your latest transactions and your credit balance
  • Payout: where you can set up the payout methods to receive your money in you bank account 
  • Profile: where you manage your user profile, as a vendor and as a customer as well
  • Verifications: your vendor verification information
  • Password: change your password

  How will I receive my payment?

Get set for your payout

Be sure to set up at least one payout method for your account!

Once we’ve sent your funds, a Payout line item will appear for that guest’s reservation. You can always check the status of your payout via your transaction history.

If you have multiple listings with check-ins on the same day, funds will usually be deposited as a single payout. If you have a minimum payout amount set, your payout won’t be released until that amount is met.


Fees may apply

In some cases, the financial institution you use to get your money may charge an additional fee(s). For more information, learn about calculating your payout.

Transfer reviews and fraud detection

All transactions may be reviewed before they’re sent. For example, we may review a transaction in order to prevent fraud. This could result in funds being delayed, paused, or, in rare cases, removed from your account. In these cases, we may be required to limit account permissions and payment transfers, and you may be asked to provide additional information to verify your identity.

Reviews are part of standard processes that many companies like SamanáIn conduct in order to prevent fraud and comply with regulations.

 

  When will I receive my payment?

We’ll send your payout about 24 hours after a guest checks into your place.

If your guest is staying for 28+ nights, you’ll receive your payout monthly for their reservation.

Average processing times

As soon as SamanáIn releases your payout, it’s sent for processing before it arrives with your payment provider. Your bank and payout method will determine how long it will take for your funds to arrive in your account. 

This means some additional time is usually needed for the money to finally settle in your account.

  • PayPal: Within 1 business day
  • Western Union: 1 business day, depending on country
  • Payoneer Prepaid Debit Card: 1-3 hours
  • International wire: 3 to 7 business days
  • Bank transfer/ACH/direct deposit: up to 7 business days

Weekend or holiday delays

Banking systems don’t process transactions on weekends or holidays, so yours will be processed the next business day. Contact your bank directly if you have any questions.
