Description
La spiaggia di Cosón è lunga 7 km ed è appartata, ideale per passeggiare sulla sua sabbia dorata, nuotare nelle sue acque calme, fare snorkeling, kayak, stand-up paddleboarding, rilassarsi all'ombra delle palme o godersi spettacolari tramonti.
All'arrivo troverete uno splendido giardino con piante tropicali, una grande piscina, un parcheggio per diversi veicoli, un'area barbecue e l'accesso diretto alle spiagge.
Questo paradiso tropicale è il luogo perfetto per godersi una vacanza da sogno con la famiglia, gli amici o i partner commerciali.
Villa Calma presenta un design moderno, si affaccia su una grande piscina e dista solo due minuti a piedi dalle spiagge (Playa Bonita e Playa Cosón) tramite accesso privato diretto. La villa è composta da tre spazi diversi, descritti di seguito.
Al primo piano si trova il Calma Garden, con cinque suite di alta qualità, ciascuna dotata di letto queen-size e bagno. Inoltre, al piano terra, si trova una terrazza con sala da pranzo che può ospitare fino a 16 persone, un ampio soggiorno con un grande divano, una moderna cucina a pianta aperta completamente attrezzata, una zona lavanderia e due bagni per gli ospiti.
Calma Heaven dispone di una camera da letto principale con letto king-size e cabina armadio, una seconda camera da letto con due letti singoli e cabina armadio, un ampio bagno con doccia e vasca, una cucina completamente attrezzata e un soggiorno-sala da pranzo. Tutte le camere hanno accesso a un'enorme terrazza di 300 metri quadrati.
Calma Sunny dispone di due suite, ciascuna dotata di bagno privato e TV. Una camera ha un letto king-size, mentre l'altra ha un letto queen-size.
Il Calma Bungalow è un romantico loft progettato per garantire la privacy, dotato di un letto matrimoniale, un bagno privato con doccia, un angolo cottura e una terrazza privata.

Where you feel like in heaven.
The best place to spend a relaxing vacation. Beautiful Villa and beaches nearby. Wonderful restaurants, but if you prefer to eat at home, the cook will prepare wonderful breakfasts and meals for you.

Juste parfait!
Super endroit où séjourner, que vous soyez un petit groupe ou un grand groupe comme nous. Chacun avait son petit espace privé. Cette belle villa est moderne, bien conçue, propre et ils ont tout ce dont nous avions besoin. L'agent est également facile d'accès à tout moment et rapide à prendre des mesures. Il a un accès rapide et privé aux plus belles plages. J'ai hâte d'y retourner!

Villa Calma, for real!
Suppose you are thinking about holidays in The Caribbean Sea. In that case, you should pick Republica Dominicana; if you are looking for the best beaches, restaurants and nicest people, you should consider Samana... But if you are looking for Peace, Calm and Serenity... there is THE option: Villa Calma. There are infinite reasons why; I will tell you some of them:
1. The Location: Just 2 min walking to one of the nicest beaches in the World (literally) where you will be able to see the sunrise every morning and sunset in the evening -due to its unique location- from your Padel Surf or Kayak (the owners provide those). You will also enjoy the best restaurants and gastronomy in the area (local and international); if you want to learn or practice Latin dance, you will be able to.
2. The house: It is not only the style, the amplitude, the facilities (check out the swimming pool!!) and how new everything is. It is much more; it is the aurea of the house. You will feel welcome from the beginning and it will be hard for you to leave.
3. The owners: If you have the chance to meet the owners (we were super lucky and we did) you will understand why everything is like it is. They are excellent hosts, warm, beautiful and exciting people with whom you will want to talk and hang out. If you don't meet them, do not worry, their spirit is there, always.
I cannot wait to come back to Villa Calma!

Holidays in Villa Calma
I stayed at Villa Calma for 8 days and I had the best time ever! The villa is super near to everything, beaches, bars, restaurants, supermarkets! Pilar and Erik are amazing hosts. I would definitely come back and recommend it

Paraíso terrenal!
Si existe un paraíso en la tierra debería llamarse Villa Calma, sus espectaculares paisajes de la mano de su comodidad y la cercanía de las playas más hermosas del país hacen de este lugar la estancia ideal. Residencial de villas privadas para mayor seguridad y una estadía tranquila. Con bares y restaurantes tan cerca como para movilizarte a pie pero lo suficientemente distantes como para no interferir con tu descanso. Sencillamente una estadía de sueño!
