Additionally, on the ground floor, there is a dining terrace for 16 people, a spacious living room with a large sofa, a modern fully equipped American kitchen, a laundry area, and two guest bathrooms.

Calma Heaven features a master bedroom with a king-size bed and walk-in closet, a second bedroom with two twin beds and a walk-in closet, a large bathroom with shower and bathtub, a fully equipped kitchen, and a living-dining room. All rooms have access to an immense 300-meter terrace.

Calma Bungalow is a romantic loft designed for enhanced privacy, featuring a queen-size bed, its own bathroom with shower, kitchen, and private terrace.
